At The Stonebridge School the staff, governors, parents and pupils work together to make school a happy and welcoming place where all children can achieve their full potential and develop as confident individuals.
We celebrate diversity and promote a positive culture where everyone can thrive and feel proud of who they are. Our learning environment enables all pupils to make the greatest possible progress in a caring, supportive and fully inclusive environment.
As an inclusive community, we are deeply committed to removing the barriers to learning that can hinder groups of pupils or an individual pupil and our dedicated team work relentlessly to ensure that all children have a fulfilling learning experience, regardless of their social background, ethnicity, medical need or special educational need, disability, gender or religion.
As a school, we fully recognise our responsibilities under the Equalities Act 2010. We teach the children about equality, diversity and inclusion through our rich and well-sequenced curriculum, through assemblies, educational visits, visitors in school and in our daily interactions with them.
